Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ethical and culturally attuned mental health counseling.
- Provide psychoeducation focused on relapse prevention and behavioral insights.
- Craft and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Ensure accurate and prompt clinical documentation, including intakes and progress notes.
- Offer case management services and crisis intervention as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, facilitating appropriate referrals.
- Assist clients in medication management in conjunction with a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health discipline (Required).
- Active Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC license (Required).
- A minimum of six months of clinical experience is preferred; however, we welcome new graduates.
