Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized Physiatry/PM&R services aimed at enhancing patient quality of life in SNFs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage various conditions including CVA, progressive neurological diseases, and post-operative orthopedic care.
- Partner with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in facility meetings to provide leadership and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.
- Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to a community of like-minded professionals.
- A strong passion for post-acute care and working with the geriatric population.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Effective collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New Mexico.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive Salary: \(95,000 - \)125,000 per year.
- Full-time, W-2 position (30 hours per week), with flexible hours from 9 AM - 4 PM.
