Remote Outpatient Mental Health Therapist | WFH

Job Overview

As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing access to high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for mental health diagnoses and craft individualized treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional client service while collaborating with a vibrant team
• Employ innovative techniques in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching their objectives
• Maintain precise and timely documentation for each session, including treatment plans and clinical notes
• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits weekly for full-time clinicians
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and additional staff as needed
• Engage in clinical staff meetings and professional training sessions
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and undertake other responsibilities that further our mission
  
  

Required Skills

• A Master's degree in behavioral science or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
• Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans and composing clinical case notes
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is advantageous)
• Comfort in working with a diverse clientele
