Employment Type: Full-Time
As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing access to high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments for mental health diagnoses and craft individualized treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional client service while collaborating with a vibrant team
- Employ innovative techniques in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching their objectives
- Maintain precise and timely documentation for each session, including treatment plans and clinical notes
- Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits weekly for full-time clinicians
- Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and additional staff as needed
- Engage in clinical staff meetings and professional training sessions
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and undertake other responsibilities that further our mission
- A Master's degree in behavioral science or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans and composing clinical case notes
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to maintain professional boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is advantageous)
- Comfort in working with a diverse clientele
- Proven experience in mental health therapy
- Familiarity with treatment plan creation and clinical documentation
