Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage physician records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new physicians, including managing administrative tasks and negotiating contract terms.
- Recruit and coordinate physicians across key regions, addressing specialized needs such as Independent Medical Examination (IME) services.
- Address licensing and certification requirements for physicians participating in our programs.
- Proactively source candidates and meet urgent service requests while providing updates on recruitment progress.
- Engage in special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
- Strong knowledge of physician networks, recruitment processes, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with state and federal compliance regulations.
