Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized mental health treatment to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and create tailored treatment plans in line with Kentucky Medicaid and state regulations.
- Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to enhance client care and treatment methodologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by Kentucky Medicaid and state regulations, including progress notes for sessions.
- Be accessible to clients during regular and after-hours as needed, accommodating their unique schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of treatment services, meeting established targets and maintaining required billable hours.
- Adhere to organizational policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening skills with a talent for connecting with clients on a personal level.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a relevant field.
- Active licensure in Kentucky (LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFT Associate).
