• Address questions from physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers quickly and courteously.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices during all interactions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of diseases, conditions, and healthcare protocols to deliver informed assistance.
• Utilize computer applications to document and manage inquiries proficiently.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following educational and experience combinations:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of pertinent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4 years of applicable experience.
• Associate's degree and/or certifications in a health-related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
