Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert telephone triage support to patients.
- Evaluate patient needs and determine appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery of the highest quality care.
- Accurately document patient interactions and care plans in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in the Emergency Department (ED), call center, or triage settings within healthcare providers.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to think quickly and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- A commitment to teamwork and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
