Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of safe, effective, and economically viable medication therapy for patients.

- Expertise in pharmacotherapy and medication management.

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is mandatory.
- Candidates with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) who were licensed before 2003 will be considered if they possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital and/or ambulatory clinic pharmacy.
- Preference will be given to those who have completed an ASHP-recognized pharmacy residency program.
