Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms while ensuring optimal care standards.
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans collaboratively.
- Build and maintain a supportive and empathetic relationship with clients, adhering to ethical practices and aiming for positive therapeutic outcomes.
- Accurately document treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in remote case management by collaborating with healthcare professionals and resources to provide holistic care.
- Complete all necessary provisional licensure and credentialing paperwork within the first 30-45 days of employment.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training to refine your skills and advance your career.
- Provisional licensure as a PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capability to foster a welcoming environment through telehealth.
- Proficiency in telehealth technology and tools for effective virtual counseling.
- Strong capability to work autonomously as well as in a remote team setting.
- Experience with a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth context.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
