Key Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families through our intuitive platform.
- Employ various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and more.
- Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation, such as intake notes and treatment plans, utilizing our platform.
- Engage in weekly case reviews and collaborative meetings with your manager to foster professional development and integrated care.
- Expertise in addressing common mental health challenges in children.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to incorporate it into clinical practice.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
- Minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in providing therapy to children and families.
