- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments (IM CANS) and formulating effective treatment plans.
- Providing individual, family, group, and crisis therapy to foster healing and growth.
- Offering case management and community education to enhance continuity of care.
- Completing thorough and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Engaging in staff meetings, clinical consultations, program evaluations, and peer review processes to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Supervising practicum students and participating in staff training initiatives.
- Upholding compliance with professional licensure and agency standards for billable services.
We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional who possesses:
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Behavioral Science field.
- Licensure in Illinois as a Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) or Social Worker (LSW/LCSW).
- Experience in counseling diverse age groups, including adults, adolescents, and children, with proficiency in telehealth therapy.
- Familiarity with community mental health settings and a commitment to client-centered care.
- Reliable internet access, a secure workspace, and the ability to resolve minor technical issues.
- Availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).
