We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a significant difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults throughout Texas. This is a fully remote, telehealth role that emphasizes both client care and the well-being of our providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth services focused on children and adolescents.
- Maintain flexible availability, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, to best accommodate client needs.
- Engage in a collaborative environment with weekly group consultations to enhance professional support.
- Full licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
- Experience in therapy with children and adolescents.
- Strong commitment to providing culturally competent and compassionate mental health care.
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy and the use of EMRs and telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively within a team.
- Comfort in treating a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
- Active professional liability insurance (preferred) and a valid NPI number.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic context.
- Proficiency in using telehealth services and electronic medical records.
