We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of mental health diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
- Employ creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching their goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for each session, including treatment plans and case notes.
- Maintain a caseload of no fewer than 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other staff as required.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to foster continuous learning.
- Contribute actively to a collaborative team atmosphere and take on additional responsibilities that support our mission.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Possession of clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans and documenting clinical case notes.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
- Comfort and experience working with a diverse client population.
- A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Proven experience in formulating treatment plans and composing clinical notes.
