Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team members during monthly meetings to engage in program planning, clinical supervision, and professional development.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management for diverse populations.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs, ensuring timely and precise documentation of progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to agency standards for billable services and actively participate in peer reviews and program evaluations to enhance service delivery.
- Keep abreast of evolving clinical techniques to continually improve client outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by participating in staff meetings, medical staffings, and annual evaluations.
- Uphold professional licensure requirements while committing to continuous professional development.
- Experience in delivering counseling services to both adults and children, along with effective case load management.
- A solid understanding of community mental health frameworks and proficiency in telehealth therapy.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clarity in interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues, with IT support as necessary.
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- A current Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
- Proven experience providing counseling services and managing a caseload in community mental health settings.
- Comfort with remote work, supported by reliable internet access and a secure setting for client confidentiality.

- A generous sign-on bonus of \(500, structured as \)250 after the first 30 days and an additional $250 after 6 months.
