Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client-centered, evidence-based interventions, including Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), tailored to your assigned caseload.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans to ensure holistic care for our clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in the mental health field.
- Advocate for mental health awareness and work towards promoting equitable access to care within the community.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital. You must convey information professionally and clearly to clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR), telemedicine services, and other relevant software systems, with a strong comfort level in utilizing technology for efficient and secure client information management.
- A Master’s Degree in Counseling (MC), Social Work (MSW), Clinical Psychology (MCP), Family Therapy (MFT), Health Counseling (MHC), or Psychological Science (MSPSY) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure in one of the following: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, CSW.
- Preferred experience includes at least one year of clinical practice, particularly in outpatient settings.
