Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telephone triage health advice to patients and caregivers.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining superior care standards.
- Provide after-hours triage services, ensuring that patients receive consistent care comparable to that of their primary provider.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, ideally within emergency department, call center, or triage settings.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proficient computer skills.

- Compact RN licenses are encouraged; additional state licenses may be necessary.
