Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to intake calls and check-ins via Zoom.
- Provide ongoing support to clients utilizing our online platform, engaging with them through clinical chat throughout a structured 12-week program.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, healthcare specialists, and company founders to enhance program engagement and effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive and ethical records of client interactions and progress.
- Offer valuable insights to refine our therapeutic practices and improve the application experience for clients.
- A Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Full licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in any U.S. state.
- At least 3 years of independently licensed clinical experience, particularly with adults dealing with moderate to severe mental health challenges.
- Experience in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) preferred.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
- Strong expertise in evidence-based practices, combined with a compassionate and mindfulness-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with remote work technologies and a proactive mindset for learning new tools.
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities to navigate a dynamic work environment.
- Doctoral or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Valid licensure in any U.S. state.
