Teletherapist - Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LCP)

Job Overview

We are seeking empathetic and committed Teletherapists to deliver virtual therapy services via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Sessions generally last between 45 to 60 minutes, with full-time Teletherapists averaging approximately 30 client sessions per week. We recognize that establishing a robust caseload requires time, and therefore, we are open to accommodating part-time arrangements until you are ready to transition to full-time work. We also welcome part-time therapists who can conduct a minimum of 7 sessions weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, typically in 45-60 minute increments.
• Perform client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain progress notes to document client development.
• Provide insights on strategies, techniques, and services to enhance client support.

Required Skills

• Possess a valid LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance providers.
• Experience working with a diverse range of populations and a commitment to inclusivity.
