Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to our Code of Business Conduct and relevant policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain the confidentiality of resident information
- Perform essential tasks such as making beds, organizing units, and managing laundry
- Assist residents during meal times and provide basic support
- Transport residents and manage food trays as necessary
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
- Proficiency in reading and comprehension at an 8th-grade level or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in English
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations
- Prior healthcare experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive starting pay at $16.00 per hour with a minimum of 20 hours of work per week
- Take Home Pay of up to 75% of net earned wages at the end of each shift
- Additional pay for different shifts worked
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued after 30 days of employment
- Bonus PTO for perfect attendance, earning 8 additional hours per quarter
