- Develop and strengthen relationships with independent financial advisors, becoming a trusted advisor for annuity solutions.
- Conduct collaborative meetings with advisors and their clients, sharing your insights on how annuities can enhance long-term financial stability.
- Work alongside advisors to seamlessly incorporate annuities into comprehensive financial strategies, guiding them through various product offerings and the sales journey.
- Facilitate meetings, seminars, and training workshops to inform current and prospective clients about our offerings and overall value proposition.
- Strategically manage your designated territory to optimize sales opportunities, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
- Partner with a dedicated Internal Wholesaler to identify and develop leads through referrals, marketing initiatives, and territory outreach.
- Stay informed about product updates, service agreements, and emerging industry trends to keep advisors well-equipped.
- Proactively cultivate new client relationships and expand business within key accounts while nurturing existing partnerships.
- Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities to drive sales and product development strategies.
- 5 years of proven sales experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on wholesaling preferred.
- Strong history of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with financial advisors.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives and expanding a sales territory.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and communication.
- Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses in your state of residence.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

- Competitive base salary of $61,200 along with a performance-based monthly variable sales incentive plan.
