Position Summary

We invite you to join our esteemed team as a Server Assistant, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ dining experiences. As an integral part of the service team, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and inviting dining atmosphere, assisting our servers, and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up tables to guarantee a clean and welcoming space for guests.
• Refill beverages and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Efficiently clear and reset tables between guest visits.
• Uphold cleanliness in dining areas and server stations post-service.
• Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests, whether they are dining in or utilizing room service.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team and hotel leadership on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in a server assistant or busser role is preferred (1 year).
