Job Overview

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and professional Floor Host to our team. As the primary point of contact within a professional office building, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to our clients’ employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate support for meetings and events on your assigned floor.
• Prepare spaces for meetings by ensuring AV equipment, lighting, seating, and catering are appropriately set.
• Conduct regular floor sweeps to maintain a clean and accessible environment.
• Oversee the usage of hoteling-office spaces, adhering to scheduling to avoid double-booking.
• Clean and restore hoteling areas after visitors or employees depart.
• Collaborate with facility and maintenance teams to uphold a pristine workspace.
• Address inquiries and concerns from both guests and employees promptly.
  
  

Required Skills

• Comfortable in a professional office setting.
• Background in the hospitality sector; experience in hotels or restaurants is advantageous.
• Capable of walking and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in computer usage, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
