- Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
- Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
- Provide support to the front office coordinator as required.
- Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
- Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
