Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement an annual business strategy with targeted objectives to support the company’s overarching goals and growth initiatives.
- Supervise the annual marketing budget, offering quarterly insights to the business owner and General Manager.
- Direct the daily functions of the Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service Teams.
- Oversee all online marketing initiatives, including social media platforms and response management for online reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate productive relationships with local, regional, and national commercial accounts, centers of influence, and large-loss adjusters, enhancing client satisfaction and identifying new business avenues.
- Foster the professional growth of the Marketing Team through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and team engagement activities.
- Engage in local large loss events, coordinating communications with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the owner and General Manager as necessary.
- Work in conjunction with other division leaders to ensure a superior customer experience across all operations.
- Participate in Franchise Advisory Board and Executive Team meetings.
- Assist the HR Manager with the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of Marketing Team personnel.
- Organize and manage significant franchise marketing initiatives and networking events, including the evaluation and approval of sponsorships and client entertainment.
- Oversee the Marketing Coordinator and assist in preparing and reviewing quarterly tracking and reporting spreadsheets.
- Ensure accurate submission and documentation of individual expense reports each month in collaboration with the Accounts Payable Department.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Intermediate mathematical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales or marketing management; prior experience in the restoration industry is highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills and a readiness to adopt new technologies.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with job costing, ROI tracking, and basic accounting principles.
- Capability to successfully complete a background check as per applicable laws.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a successful track record of mentoring teams.
