Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans for adult patients.
- Prescribe and oversee psychotropic medications.
- Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and care coordinators.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable clinical guidelines and regulations.
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Adult Psychiatry.
- Proficient in using technology, including EHR systems and telehealth best practices.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Experience in prescribing psychiatric medications in outpatient or telehealth environments.
- Possession of an active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA (schedules II-V).
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
- Relevant experience in outpatient or telehealth psychiatric settings is preferred.
