Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships with sales partners within the construction channel.
- Leverage your expertise to establish growth objectives and effective sales channels.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products that cater to market needs.
- Develop and routinely update informational templates for dealers, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
- Assist the National Sales Manager in pinpointing market opportunities and crafting competitive pricing and program strategies.
- Formulate a comprehensive strategy to expand market share and enhance the construction product portfolio.
- Assess the existing product development pipeline to uncover and maximize sales and growth opportunities.
- Engage in local and national trade shows to elevate brand presence and promote construction products.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials for dealers and sales personnel through KIOTI University.
- Present captivating product demonstrations at trade shows and corporate gatherings.
- Maintain robust relationships with key vendors and clients, while participating in contract negotiations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
