- Lead and coordinate daily clinic operations, optimizing workflows and elevating the patient experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and implement clinical policies and operational strategies.
- Manage key operational functions, including administration, documentation, purchasing, inventory, and quality assurance.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns with urgency and care.
- Maintain resource management to ensure cost-efficiency and appropriate supply levels.
- Provide guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient satisfaction.
- Initiate process improvements and recommend policy changes to enhance clinic functionality.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
