Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Concierge to join our Charleston team. This in-person role will require availability on Saturdays, half-day Fridays, and Thursdays as needed for parties. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a premium salon experience for our guests while managing retail sales, appointment scheduling, and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a superior guest experience with concierge-level service on Saturdays.
• Manage appointment bookings, respond to client inquiries, and maintain the salon schedule.
• Drive retail sales by offering tailored product recommendations to our clients.
• Ensure the salon is clean and organized to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Oversee community outreach efforts every Friday, cultivating relationships with local businesses and influencers.
• Distribute promotional materials and orchestrate events to raise awareness about our salon.
• Organize and host group parties on Thursdays, guaranteeing a delightful experience for attendees.
• Collaborate with event hosts and vendors to coordinate all party logistics and support on-site during events.
