Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute menus, taking into account dietary preferences, allergies, and special requests.
- Manage the procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality through proper storage and preparation techniques.
- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean and organized, in adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate meal service to guarantee timely delivery.
- Uphold food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and prompt service.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, including hunt guides, to facilitate smooth meal service.

- Base salary of \(2,000 per month, supplemented by tips ranging from \)1,000 to $2,000 per 5-day hunt.
- Expected total earnings of approximately $6,000 per month, with the potential for increased compensation based on performance.

- Complimentary meals during hunts you are guiding or assisting with.
