Key Responsibilities
- Execute administrative functions such as screening client communications, maintaining organized files, managing attorney calendars, and preparing expense reports.
- Anticipate the needs of attorneys by recognizing potential challenges and conflicts, while proactively proposing solutions.
- Assist in the development of materials for presentations and conferences.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including visa applications and passport renewals.
- Partner with internal support teams to guarantee the accuracy and quality of completed projects.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar requests for both domestic and international engagements.
- Coordinate and facilitate conference calls and virtual meetings.
- Draft engagement letters and new matter memos for clients.
- Support the new-business conflicts process.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by logging activities and liaising with the marketing team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
