- Assist the sales team in servicing both new and existing customers
- Process orders, monitor inventory, initiate and oversee deliveries, and manage invoicing for new and used trailers
- Maintain clearly organized files for all orders and invoices
- Address vendor payment inquiries and process necessary sales/rental documentation
- Track warranty registrations and analyze trailer registrations to generate reports for sales areas
- Manage basic projects, process documents, and enhance communication within the sales team
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide support for daily operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure streamlined sales processes
- Handle licensing and titling for both new and used trailers
- Offer assistance to other departments as required
- Monitor trade trailer inventory for substantial fleet transactions
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role in sales is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving aptitude
- Proven leadership skills and business insight
- Self-motivated, driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
