Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report daily sales performance and territory evaluations to Senior Management for both your individual contributions and your team's outcomes.
- Engage in weekly meetings that focus on tools and strategies tailored for achieving daily success.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotional activities, and competitor offerings to effectively inform potential customers.
- Travel locally within your designated territory and nationally for conferences and client meetings.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers throughout their journey with our organization.
- A Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing capacity.
- Strong problem-solving, persuasive, and negotiation capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
- Proficient in delivering presentations and engaging with clients and customers in both meetings and over the phone.
- Flexibility regarding work schedules; willingness to travel is a valuable asset.
- Candidates must be local to the area, possess reliable transportation for daily commuting to our office, and be prepared to start promptly upon selection.
