As a vital member of our Customer Service Team, you will play an instrumental role in fostering enduring partnerships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients and businesses.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and our Customer Service Team.
  • Utilize product knowledge to effectively upsell services and support our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver tailored purchasing experiences and maintain high standards of customer service for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth management of order processing and installation timelines.
  • Accurately document client contact details, validate purchase orders, and share relevant information with Senior Customer Service Associates.
  • Work alongside fellow Customer Service Associates and Sales team members to achieve collective sales targets.

  • A people-oriented individual with a passion for establishing and maintaining relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a desire to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • An active listener who demonstrates empathy towards client challenges.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive in addressing unexpected situations.
