Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Member Development Specialist to enrich our team. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing membership and enhancing the service experience for current members.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new members through both digital and in-person engagement.
• Process and meticulously verify new member applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct welcome communications and orientation sessions for a seamless transition.
• Assess lending opportunities and make suitable referrals.
• Connect members with essential financial education resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Advocate for our spending account programs and guide members in utilizing digital banking features.
• Cultivate relationships with workforce and employee resource groups, serving as the primary liaison.
• Support financial wellness initiatives that benefit our members and the community.
• Address member inquiries and resolve service issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyze member feedback and service trends to continuously improve our offerings.
• Generate referrals through positive member success stories and create engaging marketing content for our services.
