Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management: Deliver strategic guidance and operational management for all hotel activities, ensuring coherence with our core values and standards.
• Guest Experience: Foster a culture of superior guest service, continuously exploring innovative methods to elevate the guest experience.
• Team Development: Mentor the Hotel Manager, Chef, and restaurant teams, promoting professional growth and a constructive workplace environment.
• Financial Accountability: Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and effective resource management throughout the year.
• Employee Housing: Oversee and maintain employee housing facilities, ensuring a supportive and comfortable living environment for our team.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the hotel’s visibility while actively engaging with the local community to forge strong relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
