- Collaborate with the VP of North American Sales to implement the regional sales strategy.
- Develop, prioritize, and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline within your geographical territory.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to close deals with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and maintain robust sales activity metrics.
- Prepare precise sales quotes and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Maintain diligent records of account targets, leads, prospects, and business development activities within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Local prospecting and travel may be required as necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality software/SaaS sales.
- Established connections with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in property management software sales is advantageous.
- A passion for sales, demonstrated by a strong track record in negotiation, high performance, and achieving targets.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a proven history of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for networking both internally and externally.
