Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of adolescents.
- Lead mental health group therapy sessions to foster community support and recovery.
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with school advisors and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain timely documentation in our electronic health record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices (within 48 hours).
- Offer home-based services as required, providing flexibility and support to clients in their natural environments.
- Respond effectively to crisis situations, employing sound judgment and compassion.
- Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Active Maryland state license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW).
- CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of licensed experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling.
- Proficient in facilitating therapeutic groups and individual sessions with adolescents (12 ).
- Solid understanding of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and intervention skills.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (proof required upon hire).
- A genuine passion for supporting young individuals in a dynamic environment.
- Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Valid Maryland state license for practice.
- Successful completion of FCPS screening, fingerprinting, and background checks.

- Competitive Pay: \(32 - \)40 per hour (commensurate with licensure and experience).
