Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing timely information and feedback to both account and department managers.
- Lead the on-site technical team, fostering effective communication among staff, clients, and venue personnel involved in the project.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive show flow documents and calling cues for corporate events, both live and virtual.
- Utilize your experience with virtual event applications such as Zoom Client, Zoom Rooms, vMix, and remote graphics operation and cueing.
- Exemplary project and people management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in setup, rigging plot creation, and live event audio/video design and installation.
- Extensive experience (10 years) in managing and directing large-scale venue events, as well as hybrid and virtual programs.
- Familiarity with CAD design software, such as Vectorworks, is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in live event management and technical direction, demonstrating a proven ability to lead large teams.
- Strong track record in directing complex events with diverse teams.
