We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation Strategy and Planning who will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to transform immunology. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Global Head of Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of MA&EG strategies that are aligned with the long-term vision of the company.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Lead the operational management of the MA&EG Community, ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently.
  • Oversee special projects that enhance cross-functional collaboration and innovation within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on key initiatives and metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of MA&EG Program Managers, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in Medical Affairs Strategy and Planning is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments and lead teams through ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in developing collaborative strategies that foster innovation and meet stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

  • A relevant advanced degree (MBA, MD, PhD, MS, PharmD, etc.) is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role, with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically in medical affairs or related functions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the clinical development process and lifecycle management.
