- Act as the first point of contact for guests throughout their resort experience, from check-in to check-out.
- Create an inviting atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities and services to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold the safety of guests while adhering to resort policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate adaptability by addressing guest needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each interaction is engaging and fulfilling.
- Previous experience in a guest service role is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer usage and typing.
- Capable of multitasking and managing high-pressure situations.
- DPSST Unarmed Security certification is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs without assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Full-time role with a schedule from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
