We are currently in search of a compassionate and committed CBRF Aide/Hospitality Aide to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential nursing-related services, manage housekeeping and laundry duties, and facilitate engaging activities tailored to the individual care plans of our residents. Primary Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor the health status of residents
- Manage medical supplies and maintain precise documentation
- Record vital signs and weights
- Execute laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and distributing clean items
- Assist residents with personal care, such as dressing and undressing
- Serve meals, wash dishes, and ensure kitchen cleanliness
- Support residents with bathing and personal hygiene needs
- Perform essential housekeeping duties, including emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, and changing bedding
- Ensure the safe mobility of residents and assist with transfers using appropriate techniques
- Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong collaborative and customer service skills
- A steadfast commitment to maintaining excellent attendance
