Role Overview

As a Hotel Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, playing an integral role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and seamless. Your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Extending a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
  • Efficiently managing guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling phone inquiries and emails, addressing guest questions and requests
  • Supporting guests with unique requests and accommodations
  • Managing reservations and maintaining accurate guest information in our systems
  • Promptly resolving guest concerns and complaints with professionalism
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow team members to ensure operational efficiency
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
