Job Overview

As a Housekeeper Lead, you will oversee, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned housekeeping personnel, ensuring adherence to established standards of cleanliness and service excellence. This role is integral in providing outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect performance to confirm compliance with cleaning protocols.
• Monitor staff attendance and document any attendance-related issues.
• Address guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage call-offs and arrange shift replacements as necessary.
• Coordinate staff breaks and allocate assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of key and equipment assignments while ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and operational readiness, instructing staff on necessary corrections.
• Ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Assist in staff training initiatives and support overall team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping is required
