As a Wound Care Nurse, you will operate under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering nursing care to residents as directed by their physician
- Complying with nursing practices and regulatory standards
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring vital signs and weight of residents
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- The ability to independently manage the Skin system while communicating effectively with the Director of Nursing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team
- Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to following established policies, procedures, and standards
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Age of 18 years or older
- Current LPN or RN license
- Valid CPR and first aid certification
