Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage front desk operations and facilitate the setup of new client files.
- Uphold client compliance with alcohol and drug screening protocols by administering tests as necessary.
- Process payments for services in alignment with program requirements.
- Engage with clients to install, remove, or maintain monitoring technologies, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments for new referrals.
- Handle daily communications, equipment alerts, and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Compile and deliver reports on participant progress, compliance issues, and payment statuses to the respective supervising agencies.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Strong prioritization skills to manage and complete tasks promptly.
- Capability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office O365.
- Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs., and maintain necessary mobility for the role.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant customer service experience is required.
- Must pass a clean background check.
- Some travel may be necessary.
