- Order Management: Perform daily functions related to order management, including order entry, billing, and customer-required form support for sales.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure accuracy in ERP data while supporting payment processing and rental order management tasks.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, review orders for precision, and resolve any discrepancies with relevant parties.
- Prioritization: Make informed decisions regarding task prioritization to optimize the use of time and resources.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for efficiency enhancements, cost reductions, and profit improvement initiatives.
- Special Projects: Complete special projects or assignments accurately and punctually as required.
- Reception Support: Provide daily phone reception assistance and occasional front desk coverage.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and comply with the Quality Policy through self-inspection of your work.
