As the Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering renovation projects from initiation to completion. You will spend considerable time in the field, directly collaborating with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, subcontractors, and technicians to guarantee efficient and safe project delivery.

- Coordinate closely with Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to enhance communication and workflow.
- Manage all documentation and administrative tasks associated with active job flows to facilitate timely restoration.
- Effectively communicate with insurance providers and property owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow all program and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) guidelines rigorously.
- Oversee the coordination of all Tradesmen engaged in the projects.
- Review estimates pertaining to the restoration elements of assigned projects.
- Achieve operational goals related to sales, gross margin, job closures, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor performance metrics during bi-weekly goal-setting and review meetings.
- Confirm budgets and work orders prior to the commencement of projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through detailed documentation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and tradespeople to optimize performance.
- Participate in the collections process as necessary.
- Be available for on-call duties as part of the Project Manager rotation.
- Maintain a Compliance Score of 75 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 65 .
- Achieve Gross Margins of 45% .
- Engage in local community events to promote our services and values.

- Required: High School Diploma or GED; current IICRC certifications in Water and Fire; 2-3 years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience leading a team of 4 or more; Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to lift weights frequently ranging from 5-40 lbs and occasionally from 20-100 lbs.
- May involve significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, and kneeling as required.
- Must work in various weather conditions and potentially confined spaces.
- Effective communication with customers both over the phone and in person is mandatory.
