Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Area Director to manage daily restaurant operations in your designated region.
  • Play a significant role in achieving financial objectives by effectively controlling costs and enhancing profitability.
  • Assist in formulating and executing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and stimulate sales growth.
  • Partner with restaurant managers to maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
  • Conduct regular visits to restaurants to offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to management and staff.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant management personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Help orchestrate marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capability to learn and utilize restaurant management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and previous experience in budget management.
  • A willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
