We are seeking an accomplished and driven Assistant Director of IT to become a pivotal part of our team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department, leading team members and steering projects to successful completion.
• Innovate continuously by evaluating and enhancing IT processes and infrastructure, incorporating the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Formulate and uphold comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Strengthen cybersecurity resilience by implementing and maintaining robust protective measures for our systems and data.
• Foster collaboration by working closely with business leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
• Provide exceptional technical support to all end-users across the organization.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and propose solutions that drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, ideally with a strong foundation in hospitality technology.
• Demonstrated success in managing and supervising IT teams.
• Profound understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, servers, and cloud computing.
• Expertise in ITIL frameworks and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
