- Cultivate strong relationships with educators and district leaders, serving as a trusted advisor to provide customized strategies and proactive assistance for driving student success.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Analyze usage trends and health metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and reporting that align program performance with district goals.
- Document and share best practices to enhance internal processes and customer outcomes, while working closely with onboarding, support, and product teams.
- Travel to customer locations as required (up to 15% travel, including overnight stays) to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, consulting, or customer success roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to proactively address challenges.
- Excellent project management competencies, enabling the effective juggling of multiple priorities.
