Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring that our partner districts not only meet their objectives but also fully leverage the value of our platform.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with educators and district leaders, serving as a trusted advisor to provide customized strategies and proactive assistance for driving student success.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
  • Analyze usage trends and health metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and reporting that align program performance with district goals.
  • Document and share best practices to enhance internal processes and customer outcomes, while working closely with onboarding, support, and product teams.
  • Travel to customer locations as required (up to 15% travel, including overnight stays) to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, consulting, or customer success roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to proactively address challenges.
  • Excellent project management competencies, enabling the effective juggling of multiple priorities.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to reach their full potential.
  • Experience with SaaS is advantageous, and familiarity with edtech is particularly valued.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, education, or a comparable field is essential.
  • Applicants should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, account management, or customer success roles.
